Entrepreneurship: The Wayfinder Way

I started attending different entrepreneur events, joining

different entrepreneur communities, got a lot of value

from them. But what I, what I felt going to

all these different events was that there was a missed

opportunity. The value that I got from them

was the connections that I made because I could, you know, I

could maintain those connections and we could continue to support

each other. How do I get a group of

entrepreneurs together and help them create really deep

connection? Take a group of people and you

take them outside and you're, you know, you're mountain bike

up a steep hill together and you're, you're sweating together

and you're cursing together and grunting.

And then you have a tonne of fun together that that group tends

to bond really quickly. I wanted to create something

where there was a big dose of adventure to bring people

together, a big dose of challenge because shared

challenge brings people together and an opportunity for openness

and vulnerability and not pretending or posturing, just

being human.
