Naychi is originally from Myanmar, Southeast Asia, where she grew up, studied and had her first role in marketing, before moving to Nottingham, UK to further study marketing as part of her postgraduate degree; eventually moving to London and working in project management and client services.

Naychi dives into the importance of knowing which career path to explore, however remaining open minded to the world around her, including varying perspectives. Culturally, Naychi has had to adapt and build resilience, which shines through her story, sharing experiences of community, networking, and self-belief.
